About

I’m Will, an ARB registered architect based in London.

I’m particularly interested in working with existing buildings, from small alterations and extensions to larger renovations. I like projects where there is something already there to work with, and where the design comes from understanding what is worth keeping, changing or adding.

Planning and context are a big part of this. I enjoy getting into the detail early on and figuring out what is possible, rather than treating planning as something that comes later.

I studied architecture at the University of Sheffield and completed my professional practice studies at the University of Westminster.

This website is a collection of projects, ideas and things I’ve found interesting along the way.
